The Commission on Human Rights (CHR) Region III, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), intends to procure the following:

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

All materials, equipment, tools, apparatus, accessories, transportation, labor, and supervision necessary for the entire installation of the subject project, as specified in the TOR and asked for in these specifications, shall be furnished by the Contractor/Supplier, ready for use.

Contractors/Suppliers shall conduct an inspection prior to installation.
