GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITION:

I. SCOPE OF SERVICES TO BE PROVIDED

The Prospective supplier/bidder shall bid for Supply, Delivery and Installation of 5TR Ceiling Mounted Non-Inverter Air-condition for the use of HWD office 3rd floor.

1. Dismantling of Existing ACU's and safekeeping as requires by HWD.
2. Supply of labor and materials for the installation of ACU.
3. Furnish unit hangers & steel mounting flatform with mounting bolts (painted with rust protection paint)
4. Install FCU & ACCU at designated area.
5. Copper tubings are preferably hard drawn with required fittings.
6. Install fully insulated liquid and suction lines including PVC drainpipes.
7. Install power and control cables with terminal lugs (cables must be run separately in PVC conduits as required by NIA representative)
