Description : NOTICE OF NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT
(Small Value Procurement)
PNOC Exploration Corporation (PNOC EC), under its 2025 Corporate Budget, has an Ap-proved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of Nine Hundred Twenty-Five Thousand Two Hundred Seventy-Two Pesos (Php925,272.00), inclusive of all applicable taxes and other charges for the Supply, Delivery and Installation of 48 PDF Editor Licenses Software for PNOC EC Head Office (“Project”). Delivery of goods shall be for the period of one (1) year to PNOC EC, Building 1, Energy Center, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig.
PNOC EC now invites qualified bidders to submit proposals for the Project. Financial proposals received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the bid opening. Please refer to the attached Technical Specifications for complete details.
