Description : PROCUREMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The total Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) is One Million Fifteen Thousand Pesos only (P1,015,000.00).
2. Price quotation should be inclusive of tax obligations.
3. Delivery Period: 30 Calendar Days upon receipt of Purchase Order (P.O.).
4. If awarded the contract, processing and payment shall be made within 30 calendar days upon receipt of charge invoice and delivery receipt.
5. Quotations, including supporting documentary requirements, received after the specified deadline are not accepted. The date and time indicated in the Procuring Entity-s email receipt is the official basis for determining if the submission was timely.
6. Refusal to accept an award may be grounds for sanctions under RA 12009.
