Description : 1) The Office of the Chief Minister, Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (OCM-BARMM), through the General Appropriations Act of the Bangsamoro 2025 intends to apply the sum of Seventeen Million One Hundred Forty-Two Thousand Three Hundred Twenty Pesos and Sixty-Two Cents (PHP 17,142,320.62) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply, Delivery and Installation of 288-Units Solar Street Light in Marawi City IDPs Communities. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The OCM-BARMM now invites bids for the Supply, Delivery and Installation of 288-Units Solar Street Light in Marawi City IDPs Communities. Completion of the Works is required 90 Calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within [insert relevant period] from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
