1. The Bureau of Plant Industry (BPI), through the 156 Central Office intends to apply the sum of One Million Five Hundred Thousand (Php1,500,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply, Delivery and Installation of a 21Kwp/20KW AC On-grid Solar PV System for the Bureau of Plant Industry - National Plant Quarantine Services Division (NPQSD) with ITB PR No. 1434-25BAC. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The BPI now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within Sixty (60) calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed.
