INVITATION TO BID FOR
SUPPLY, DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION OF 16 UNITS MECHANICAL GRAIN DRYER FOR DISTRIBUTION TO FARMER ASSOCIATION/COOPERATIVES IN IMPROVING EFFICIENCY OF POSTHARVEST MANAGEMENT AND REDUCE POSTHARVEST LOSSES TO FURTHER ENHANCE RICE PRODUCTIVITY IN CENTRAL LUZON UNDER RICE PROGRAM 2025
1. The Department of Agriculture - Regional Field Office III, through the GENERAL APPROPRIATION ACT for the Year 2025 intends to apply the sum FIFTY-SIX MILLION PESOS (P56,000,000.00), being the ABC to payments under the contract for DA3-2025-01-0439. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Department of Agriculture - Regional Field Office III now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by for the period of THIRTY (30) CALENDAR DAYS UPON RECEIPT OF NOTICE TO PROCEED.
