1. The Municipality of Palo, through the Calamity Fund approved by the Sangguniang Bayan intends to apply the sum of Three Million Seven Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (P3,750,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply, Delivery and Installation of 125KVA Generator Set for the Evacuation Center of the Municipality of Palo, Leyte with PR No. 25-01-032. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
