1. The Governor Benjamin T. Romualdez General Hospital and Schistosomiasis Center, through its Hospital Income 2025 intends to apply the sum of Ten Million Pesos (Php10,000,000.00) only being the ABC to payments under the contract for the SUPPLY, DELIVERY, AND INSTALLATION OF 1000 KVA DIESEL GENERATOR SET WITH COMPLETE WIRING AND EXTERNAL FUEL TANK; IB No. 2025-22 BAC C. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Governor Benjamin T. Romualdez General Hospital and Schistosomiasis Center now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the goods will be required within 90 days upon receipt of Purchase Order. Bidders should have completed, within 2 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
