1. The MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT OF SAN VICENTE, PALAWAN, through the DEVELOPMENT FUND intends to apply the sum of FOUR MILLION THREE HUNDRED EIGHTY-FIVE THOUSAND PESOS (₱4,385,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for SUPPLY, DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION OF 100 UNITS SOLAR STREET LIGHTS IN BINGA, THIS MUNICIPALITY/GDS-2025-030. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
