1. The Provincial Government of Biliran through General Fund, intends to apply the sum of One Million
Five Hundred Pesos (Php1,500,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment
under the contract for the Supply, Delivery and Installation of 1 Set Feed Mill Machine. Bid received in
excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
