INVITATION TO BID FOR THE
“SUPPLY, DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION OF 1 LOT MEDICAL/HOSPITAL EQUIPMENT”
ITB No. G-2025-173
1. The Provincial Government of Bukidnon, through its 20% Development Fund, intends to apply the sum of Twenty-Two Million Two Hundred Seventy-Four Thousand Pesos Only (₱ 22,274,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC), to payments under the contract for the “Supply, Delivery and Installation of Various Hospital/Medical Equipment for PEEDMO”. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Provincial Government of Bukidnon now invites for the above procurement projects. Delivery of the goods is required by Forty-Five (45) calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within 5 years from date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the projects.
