1. The Provincial Government of Biliran through General Fund, intends to apply the sum of Three Million
Five Hundred Twenty Five Thousand Five Hundred Thirty Pesos and 40/100 (Php3,525,530.40) being the
Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for the Supply, Delivery and
Installation 1 Lot LED Wall with Complete Accessories. Bid received in excess of the ABC shall be
automatically rejected at bid opening.
