1. The Municipal Government of Bayambang, through the TRUST FUND intends to apply the
sum of SIX HUNDRED TWENTY-SEVEN THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED FIFTY-TWO PESOS
AND SEVENTY-FOUR CENTS (PhP627,552.74) being the ABC to payments under the
contract for the SUPPLY, DELIVERY, AND INSTALLATION OF 1-75 KVA TRANSFORMER
INCLUDING MAIN DISTRIBUTION LINE AND ACCESSORIES FOR RHU II- WAWA EVACUATION
CENTER / NJQ-GOODS-06-2025-032. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be
automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipal Government of Bayambang now invites bids for the above Procurement
Project. Delivery of the Goods is required WITHIN TWENTY-ONE(21) CALENDAR DAYS.
