5:00PM. The price of bidding documents is Ten Thousand Pesos (Php 10,000.00)
The Procuring Entity shall allow the bidder to present its proof of payment for the fees
in the form of Official Receipt issued by the Finance Unit, BFP-NHQ.

One (1) original copy of the proposals must be submitted to the BAC which must be
duly received by the BAC Secretariat through manual submission at the office address
