1. The Metro Cotabato Water District (MCWD), through the MCWD 2024 Corporate Budget approved by Board of Directors intends to apply the sum of Two Million Four Hundred Thousand Pesos (PhP2,400,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply, Delivery and Commissioning of One (1) Set Mobile Vacuum Pump-Tank Unit for Dimapatoy Pumping Station (PR#24-12-0729). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Metro Cotabato Water District now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within sixty (60) calendar days from the issuance of Notice to Proceed.
