1. The MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT OF SAN VICENTE, PALAWAN, through the ECO TOURISM DEVELOPMENT AND MANAGEMENT FEE (ETDMF) TRUST FUND intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (₱1,500,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for SUPPLY, DELIVERY AND COMMISSIONING OF 1 UNIT FIBERGLASS BOAT WITH OUTRIGGER INTENDED FOR HAULING OF SOLID WASTE IN ISLAND AREAS, THIS MUNICIPALITY/G2024-049. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
