70 pack: Insecticide (Methomyl) Group IA;
Yellow label; Soluble powder (10x25 g. sachet)

20 gallons: Herbicide (Glyphosate) Group 9;
Isopropylamine salt of Glyphosate (480 g/l)
Glyphosate Acid Equivalent (360g/L)
Surfactant & Solvent - H2O (705g/L)
Green label; Water Soluble (1gallon)

Terms and Conditions:
a. Bidders shall provide correct and accurate information required in this form
b. Price quotations must be valid for a period of Forty Five (45) days from deadline of submission.
c. Quotations exceeding the Approved Budget of the Contract shall be automatically rejected.
d. Award of contract shall be made to the lowest quotations which complies with the technical specifications, requirements and other terms and conditions stated herein.
e. Item/s must be in good quality and condition upon delivery and inspected and received by a PhilFIDA representative
f. Item/s must be delivered not later than August 26, 2025 at PhilFIDA RSO VI, 272 Jainga Compound Commission Civil St., Jaro, Iloilo City
