INVITATION TO BID FOR Supply & Delivery of Agricultural and Industrial Equipment
LGU - Balangkayan, E. Samar

1. The Municipal Local Government Unit of Balangkayan, Eastern Samar, through the Budget for the Contract approved by the Sangguniang Bayan F. Y. 2025 intends to apply the sum of Php. 1,254,474.00 being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply & Delivery of Agricultural and Industrial Equipment and Project Identification Number 25-09-030 Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipal Local Government Unit of Balangkayan now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by 15 C.D. Bidders should have completed, within 1 Year from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract like the Project.
