The Local Government Unit-Municipality of Malinao, Aklan through the Bids and Awards Committee, intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Forty Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Forty Four Pesos and 00/100 (Php249,944.00) as the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract SUPPLY & DELIVERY OF 628 GARBAGE BINS (80L) FOR USE IN THE SOLID WASTE MANAGEMENT PROGRAM OF LGU-MALINAO, AKLAN.

Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at Bid Opening.

The LGU-Malinao now invites bids for the above-mentioned project to be completed within 20 calendar days upon receipt of Purchase Order.

Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary "pass/fail" criterion as specified in the revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 9184 otherwise known as the "Government Procurement Reform Act".
