CALIBER AMMUNITION (LINKED) FOR THE PCG

1.The Philippine Coast Guard, through the General Appropriation Act of CY-2024
intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Fifty Million Pesos (PhP250,000,000.00)
being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for
the Supply, Delivery of .50 Caliber Ammunition (Linked) for the PCG. Bids
received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2.The Philippine Coast Guard now invites bids for the Project, Supply, Delivery of .50
Caliber Ammunition (Linked) for the PCG. Delivery of the Goods is required within
Sixty (60) Calendar Days or Two (2) months upon receipt of Notice to Proceed
(NTP) in accordance with Section VI (Schedule of Requirements) of the Bidding
Documents for the project. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from
the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The
