Supply & Delivery of 135 sacks of 25kgs Rice for Dengue and Burial Assistance

(SOLANO 021-2025)

1.The Local Government Unit of Solano, Nueva Vizcaya through the Municipal General Fund for Fiscal Year 2025 General Appropriations Acts, intends to apply the sum of TWO HUNDRED TWENTY-NINE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED PESOS ONLY (P229,500.00) being the Approved Total Budget for the Contract (ABC) payments under the contract for the Supply & Delivery of 135 sacks of 25kgs Rice for Dengue and Burial Assistance. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The LGU Solano, Nueva Vizcaya now invites bids for the goods stated above. Completion period is required within ten (15) calendar days upon awarding of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the procurement. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the bidding documents, particularly, in Section II Instruction to Bidders.
