The Local Government Unit of Burgos, through the budget from 20% Municipal Development Fund & Supplemental Budget No. 03 series of 2025 intends to apply the sum of Four Million Pesos Only (P 4,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Supply & Delivery of 1 unit Dump Truck for environmental/solid waste management use in the municipality of Burgos, Surigao del Norte / Contract No. B-21-2025. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
