Invitation to Bid

SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF ONE (1) UNIT BRAND NEW
UTILITY VAN FOR CONVERSION INTO RESCUE VEHICLE

1. The BARANGAY DISTRICT-1, CAUAYAN CITY, ISABELA, through the 2025 Supplemental Budget of BDRRM Fund intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION EIGHT HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (Php1,800,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of One (1) unit Brand New UTILITY VAN for conversion into RESCUE VEHICLE. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The BARANGAY DISTRICT-1, CAUAYAN CITY, ISABELA now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within Sixty (60) days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within Five (5) Years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
