  1) The Provincial Government of Davao del Sur, through the CY 2024 General Fund - Continuing Appropriation (DSPH, PR No. 0964-CB-26) intends to apply the sum of P 625,000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply/Delivery of 1 unit of Brand New Pharmaceutical Refrigerator (Double Door) - IB No. G-104-26 (1st opening). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
  
  2) The Provincial Government of Davao del Sur now invites bids Supply/Delivery of 1 unit of Brand New Pharmaceutical Refrigerator (Double Door) - IB No. G-104-26 (1st opening) . Delivery of the Goods is required 30 calendar days upon receipt of Purchase Order.
