INVITATION TO BID

1. The LGU, Barangay Damulaan, Albuera, Leyte, through the Budget Approved by the Sanggunian under the CY 2025 20% Development Fund Budget intends to apply the sum of Php133,410.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the project Supply & Delivery of 1-lot hardware & construction supplies for Improvement of Gate. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The LGU, Barangay Damulaan, Albuera, Leyte now invites bids for 1-lot hardware & construction supplies. Delivery of the Goods required 30 days. Bidders should have completed, within 2 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
