1. The Municipality of Orion, Bataan through the Government Appropriation Act of 2025 intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (Php 250,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply, Deliver and Testing of 5000-Watt Peak Single Phase on Grid Solar System at Sta. Elena, Orion, Bataan (25ITB-LV03-INF-055). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
