Barangay Lower Sibatang, Pagadian City
1. The Barangay Lower Sibatang, through the Barangay funds for the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for “SUPPLY OF CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS AND FIXTURES AT BARANGAY LOWER SIBATANG Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at Bid Opening.
2. The Barangay Lower Sibatang now invites Bids for “SUPPLY OF CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS AND FIXTURES AT BARANGAY LOWER SIBATANG” at Barangay Lower Sibatang, Pagadian City. Completion of the works is required Fifteen (15) Calendar Days from the date of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have Completed within Five (5) Years from the date of Submission and receipt of Bids, a Contract similar to the Subproject. The Description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in section II.
