Description : 1. The MUNICIPALITY OF GUINAYANGAN, QUEZON, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), will undertake a Negotiated Procurement - Small Value Procurement Method for the Supply of Camera Stabilizer for use by the Public Information Office in accordance with Section 53.9 of the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (RIRR) of Republic Act No. 9184.

2. The municipality now invites eligible Suppliers to submit Quotations for the Supply and Delivery of Camera Stabilizer as follows:
