The Cebu Port Authority, through the CPA Corporate Operating Budget, intends to apply the sum of Thirteen million eight hundred thirty-five thousand sixty pesos and 94/100 only (PhP 13,835,060.09) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for “Supply and Replacement of Busted LED Flood Light Modules for Existing CPA Light Towers at CIP and Domestic Area, Cebu Baseport” with Project Identification Number 2023-18-GO (RM). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
