  1. The Barangay Buenavista, through the Barangay Economic Development Fund (20% EDF 2025), funds for the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for SUPPLY AND PURCHASE OF CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS OF 18 PUROK AT BARANGAY BUENAVISTA. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at Bid Opening.
  
  2. The Barangay Buenavista now invites Bids for “SUPPLY AND PURCHASE OF CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS OF 18 PUROK” at Barangay Buenavista, Pagadian City. Completion of the works is required Thirty (30) Calendar Days from the date of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have Completed within Five (5) Years from the date of Submission and receipt of Bids, a Contract similar to the Subproject. The Description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in section II.
