2.Approved Budget :

3.Brief Discussion:
Diesel and Gasoline are vital in the operation of the branch to carry out transactions such as home
visitation, canvass and procurement of goods, transport of employees and visitors from other
agencies on official function. Also, the provision of gasoline for the generator set for the branch to
continue operation despite power interruption.
4.Scope of the project
Supply and Provision of Fuel for GSIS Bohol Branch vehicles and generator set:
Diesel
Gasoline
The prices indicated shall be valid within 100 calendar days or until a contract is issued whichever
comes earlier.
The provision of supply and related services shall be made available by the supplier to the GSIS
