The Government of the Philippines (GOP), through the RA 12116 GENERAL APPROPRIATIONS ACT Regular 2025 CURRENT intends to apply the sum of PESOS: One Million Three Hundred Fourteen Thousand Six Hundred Thirty-Six & 66/100 (PHP 1,314,636.66) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Supply and Installation of Wear Rings for the Repair of FLYGT PUMP BRAND MODEL PL7105/835 of Hagonoy Pumping Station. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
