  -components for Talakaygan water treatment plant:
  
  GENERAL DESIGN
  -the detailed design shall include electro-mechanical, detailed electric design concept which shall include all electrical requirements of the water treatment system including the accessories that are essential and necessary; and inclusive in the overall scope of works for the project, with provisions for expansion in close coordination with the AWSMOU representative.
  - the supplier shall provide detailed cost estimates in all major components of the water treatment system
  
  COMMISSIONING SHALL COMPRISE A MNIMUM OF TWO (2) STAGES:
  1. Testing and pre commissioning by the supplier on site of individual equipment and integral system operation if applicable or necessary; and
  2. Final commissioning of equipment and the integral system operation shall be deemed satisfactory based on AWSMOU-s criteria, considering existing standards for quality and operation
