1. The Jose B. Lingad Memorial General Hospital (JBLMGH), through the Internally Generated Fund intends to apply the sum of Twelve Million Pesos (PHP 12,000,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply and Installation of Water Recycling System Including Testing & Commissioning and Adaptation Works under IB No. 2025-03-19 (16). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
