Supply and Installation of Unglazed 60cm x 60cm Tiles

1. Objective
To provide and install durable unglazed floor tiles at the 4th Floor of the Gonzales Building to improve flooring aesthetics, safety, and functionality.

2. Description of Work
The contractor shall supply all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision necessary to complete the following:
• Site inspection and surface preparation
o Remove existing flooring materials (if any) and clean the surface.
o Level and patch the concrete subfloor as needed to ensure a smooth and even base.
• Material Specification
o Floor tiles: Unglazed ceramic tiles, 60cm x 60cm.
o Color/design: Neutral or school-approved pattern.
o Grout and tile adhesive suitable for unglazed tiles.
• Tile Installation
o Proper layout and alignment of tiles.
o Application of tile adhesive and placement of tiles with spacers.
o Cutting of tiles to fit edges and corners.
o Grouting and cleaning after installation.
