INVITATION TO BID FOR
Supply and Installation of Tunnel Ventilation System
1. The Provincial Government of Davao de Oro, through the AB CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of One Million Five Hundred Pesos (Php 1,500,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply and Installation of Tunnel Ventilation System for the use of PVO- PVO with Purchase Request No. 25-4400 under Bid No. B-25-0176. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Provincial Government of Davao de Oro now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by Sixty (60) days. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
