Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF
TRANSFORMER AT CLARIN COMMUNITY HOSPITAL, CLARIN
The Provincial Government of Bohol, through the Bids and Awards Committee for CY 2025,
intends to apply the sum of FOUR HUNDRED NINETY-SIX THOUSAND TWO
HUNDRED TWENTY-SEVEN PESOS AND 51/100 ONLY (₱ 496,227.51) being the
Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the SUPPLY
AND INSTALLATION OF TRANSFORMER AT CLARIN COMMUNITY
HOSPITAL, CLARIN with Procurement Reference No. INF-2025-0050 REBIDDING Bids
received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
The Provincial Government of Bohol now invites bids for the above Procurement Project.
Delivery of the Goods is required within 15 CALENDAR DAYS after receipt of the Notice
to Proceed. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the procurement project with
an amount of at least FIFTY PERCENT (50%) of the Approved Budget for the Contract. The
