Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION FOR TRANSFER OF CCTV AND RADIO EQUIPMENT @ 4TH FLOOR BRGY. HALL

1. The Barangay Poblacion, through the Approved Budget 2025 intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Thousand Pesos (400,000.00) being Approved Budget of the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Installation for Transfer of CCTV and Radio Equipment @ 4th Floor Brgy. Hall received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Barangay Poblacion now invites bids for the Supply and Installation for Transfer of CCTV and Radio Equipment @ 4th Floor Brgy. Hall Delivery of the Goods is required by Sixty (60) Calendars days from the receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within Sixty (60) Calendars days from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
