MUNICIPALITY OF LUISIANA

INVITATION TO BID

1. The Municipal Government of Luisiana, Laguna intends to apply the sum of Seven Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos Only (Php 750,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Supply and Installation of Solar Streetlights at Sitio Tinglay, Brgy. San Jose, Luisiana, Laguna. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected on bid opening.

2. The Municipal Government of Luisiana, Laguna now invites bids for the Supply and Installation of Solar Streetlights at Sitio Tinglay, Brgy. San Jose, Luisiana, Laguna. Execution/Delivery of the project/goods shall commence within 10 days after the Notice to Proceed had been received and signed by the Winning Bidder. Performance Bond must be submitted by the Bidder, within ten (10) days from the date of receipt of Notice of Award.
