SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF SOLAR STREET LIGHTS
Taytay, Loboc, Bohol

1. The BLGU-Taytay, Loboc, Bohol through the Financial Assistance from LGU Loboc intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Four Thousand Thirty Three Pesos & 62/100 (Php204,033.62) being the ABC to payments under the contract SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF SOLAR STREET LIGHTS/02-2025. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The BLGU-Taytay, Loboc, Bohol now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required Thirty (30) calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary pass/fail criterion as specified in the 2016 Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 9184 (RA 9184).
