1. The Municipality of Batuan, through the Supplemental Budget No. 3 CY 2025 as authorized by Appropriation Ordinance No. 13-44-2025 intends to apply the sum of Five Million Eight Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (PhP 5,850,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for IB Solicitation No. ___. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipality of Batuan now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion/delivery of goods is required within 90 calendar days.
