1. The BARANGAY GOVERNMENT UNIT OF TUBIGON, FERROL, ROMBLON, through the 20% DEVELOPMENT FUND FY 2025 intends to apply the sum of THREE HUNDRED FIVE THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED EIGHTY-ONE PESOS & 60/100 (PHP 305,481.60) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF SOLAR STREET LIGHTS. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

1. The BARANGAY GOVERNMENT UNIT OF TUBIGON, FERROL, ROMBLON now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by WITHIN THIRTY (30) DAYS UPON RECEIPT OF THE NOTICE TO PROCEED. Bidders should have completed, within FIVE (5) YEARS from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
