The Municipality of Saint Bernard, Southern Leyte, through the DRRM Fund 2025 intends to apply the sum of Three Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos only (Php 3,500,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF SOLAR STREET LIGHT (DISASTER PREVENTION) located Municipal Wide , Saint Bernard, Southern Leyte. Bid received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
