Supply and Installation of Smoke Control System for Five-Storey Jose Rizal Building at Batangas State University Pablo Borbon

1) The Batangas State University, through the Supplemental Budget FY 2025, intends to apply the sum of Two Million Six Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Forty-One pesos (Php 2,699,941.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC), to payments under the contract for Supply and Installation of Smoke Control System for the Five-Storey Jose Rizal Building at Batangas State University-Pablo Borbon. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Batangas State University now invites bids for the above-mentioned Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required sixty (60) calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II Instruction to Bidders (ITB).
