Description : Invitation to Participate in the Negotiated Procurement After Two Failed Biddings of the Project Supply and Installation of Smoke Control System for Five Storey Jose Rizal Building at Batangas State University - Pablo Borbon
1. In view of the two (2) failed biddings, Batangas State University, through the Supplemental FY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Six Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Forty-One Pesos (Php 2,699,941.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Installation of Smoke Control System for Five Storey Jose Rizal Building at Batangas State University Pablo Borbon. Quotations received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected/disqualified at the opening of quotations.
