Invitation to Bid

for the

Supply and installation of REFRIGERATION EQUIPMENT for Hospital Morgue

1. The City Government of Pasay, through the GENERAL FUND, Continuing Appropriations CY2021 intends to apply the sum of Three Million Eight Hundred Thirty Three Thousand Six Hundred Eighty Two Pesos (Php 3,833,682.00), being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Supply and installation of REFRIGERATION EQUIPMENT for Hospital Morgue. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The City Government of Pasay, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Expected completion of delivery for the said project is within thirty (30) calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed (NTP). Bidders should have completed, within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
