1. The Municipal Government of Lobo, Batangas, through the 20% MDF 2025 - Social Development Sector - Installation of Public Address System at Barangay Banalo intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Ninety-Eight Thousand One Hundred Eighty-Five Pesos (Php298,185.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply and Installation of Public Address System at Barangay Banalo, Lobo, Batangas/Project ID No. (3-1-10) 2025-09-0061. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipal Government of Lobo, Batangas now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by 15 days from the receipt of Notice to Proceed.
