Description : INVITATION TO APPLY FOR ELIGIBILITY AND TO BID

The barangay through its Bid and Awards Committee (BAC), invites suppliers/manufacturers/distributors/contractors to apply for eligibility and to bid for the hereunder projects:

PARTICULARS: Supply and Installation of one (1) unit Industrial Fan
ABC: Php 250,000.00
BIDDERS FEE: Php 500.00
PURPOSE: To ensure proper ventilation at the covered court
FUNDING SOURCE: Cebu Provincial Government -Financial Assistance / Barangay Funds

Prospective bidders should have experience in undertaking similar project within the last two (2) years with an amount of at least 50% of the proposed project for the bidding and have key personnel and equipment (owned, leased or under purchase) available for the prosecution of the projects. The Eligibility Check/Screening as well as the Preliminary Examination of Bids shall use non-discretionary "pass/fail" criteria. Post Qualification of Bids shall also be conducted.
