The Local Government Unit of Claveria, Cagayan would like to apply the sum of Two Million One Hundred Thirty-Eight Thousand Four Hundred Pesos Only (P 2,138,400.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the Contract for the Supply and Installation of One (1) Unit Brand New Generator, chargeable against 5% LDRRMF and LDRRMF Continuing Appropriation (2023).

Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

The Local Government Unit of Claveria, now invites bids for the Supply and Installation of One (1) Unit Brand New Generator. Completion of the Works is required within Sixty (60) Calendar Days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed within ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II, Instructions to Bidders.
